The Course
Aptly named, the Journey at Pechanga is unlike anything you have ever played. Cut into the mountain, featuring stark elevation changes, wonderful course conditioning, and a fair test of golf, the Journey is truly unique and a great place to play. From the beautifully designed and appointed clubhouse, to the fully stocked pro shop, the carts fitted with GPS and extra cushioning, the fantastic practice facilities, and everything in between, the course is an unforgettable experience. Wind up the mountain, tee off high above the valley, and then descend into the flats, you may end up taking more pictures than golf shots! The greens and fairways are lush and smooth, the bunkers are fluffy, and the rough is entirely fair, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Perhaps the best value in the area, the course offers unbelievable quality and service for a very fair price. The Resort
From the second we arrived to the second we left; we were constantly amazed by the level of service and dedication. Our extremely early check-in was accommodated in a timely manner, our expectations of the food quality were blown out of the water, and the hotel rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The resort is home to one of the largest casinos in America, featuring hundreds of slot machines, poker, bingo, and high-limit tables. A wide variety of food is available and shuttles are readily available for transport. Get away for a couple days or even a week and experience all that Pechanga resort and casino has to offer. It’s a great place for a buddies weekend, bachelor party, or even a family vacation!
The Renovation
Pechanga is currently undergoing a $250+ million dollar renovation! They will be adding over 500 rooms, 8 pools, and a double level spa. The resorts constant push to perfection is what truly sets it aside from other places.
We are tempted to do another California trip just so we can come back to Pechanga! The golf is fantastic, the accommodation is world-class, and the casino has everything you could possible want and need. We are happy to say that Pechanga resort and casino more than exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to be back!
