Both courses; Mountainview and Firecliff are absolutely stunning. Pure greens, luscious fairways, and waste areas made beautiful by a variety of colored flowers and plants make Desert Willow a wonderful desert golf experience. The driving range, putting green, and short game area also gives any player not only a great chance to warm up but also a perfect place to practice. On top of that, the friendly staff are always ready to help and make your experience an unforgettable one. Fitted with an accurate GPS system, the completely outfitted carts make navigating either course comfortable and easy. Mountainview Course

Mountainview is often thought of as the lesser of the two courses. However, we honestly couldn’t see how anyone could say that. The exciting layout, beautiful scenery, and excellent course conditioning absolutely blew us away. A good mix of reachable par 5’s, tactical par 4’s, and challenging par 3’s will keep you on your toes, reward good shots, and punish bad ones. From the second we arrived on the property to the second we got in our car to leave, we were amazed by the quality of service, friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff. The accurate GPS system on all carts makes it easy to navigate the course even if it’s the first time playing. Next time you’re in the area, make sure you swing by the Mountainview course at Desert Willow for a golf experience that will make a lasting impression.

Firecliff Course

Firecliff is the favorite of many in the desert area and we could see why. A wide variety of holes provides an opportunity to hit various shot types and always reward good shots. The generous fairways and greens allow for fair scoring but if you want to go low, you better be hitting it close. Without local knowledge, the greens can be a little tricky to read. The fantastic scenery, perfect course conditioning, and outstanding service is what sets Firecliff apart from other desert golf. The entire experience is truly exceptional and is certainly a must-play in the desert area.
